Are beach lifeguards also trained to treat nose bleeds?

I doubt that nosebleeds are part of their training. But a nosebleed does not generally require outside intervention.

Yes they can treat minor injuries.

They are usually trained to help bathers who get into difficulty at the beach or swimming pool. If someone is about to sink in at the beach then they can help them. Nosebleeds can be treated without help from the lifeguard.

I don't think they are trained for that.
