You do realize America is not even in the top 10 most obese nations, yes? But it’s no fun picking on Nauru, Toga, or Samoa. The U.K. tried to ban Kinder Surprise eggs after 3 young children choked to death on the toys. But Euros basically said “a few children choking on toys is fine with us”. The USA banned them as they contain a potential choking hazard.

Bonus question: Why does EU protect admitted pedophiles like Roman Polanski? He confessed to drugging and raping a 13 year old girlthen fled to France, yet EU refuses to deport him.

because the US FDA is run by people bought and paid for by food companies that keep pumping sugars and other unnatural chemicals into foods. Also you can't drive more than 20 miles in most places without passing at least 1 chain restaurant.

Kinder eggs were banned because of the choking hazard due to the small toys. The design of the egg is the problem. Kinder Joy eggs are legal because you can tell There's something in them.

Kinder-eggs are banned because of the potential choking hazard. If you were a little kid and someone hand you one of those eggs, would you even consider the possibility that there’s a toy inside. No. You probably put in in your mouth and eat it.

What do being fat and kinder eggs have to do with each other.
