Moldy smell in room?

North bedroom unheated for over 10 yrs has smell that cannot be endured very long.

No foundation underneath  but floor is sealed from below with 2” rigid foam .Both outside walls have been gutted to studs, sprayed with mold prevention and re -insulated and drywalled.

Inside walls and int. /exterior  trim sealed /primed and repainted. Still smelling ...thoughts?

Thank you

Update:

No visible mold anywhere in room

I would pull up the upper layer of the Subfloor. There may be mold between the layers, even with the rigid foam below. (i'd also look at the top of the rigid foam. Unless the floor is sealed from moisture, there is going to be the possibility of mold. )
