Psycologist question. What's the best way for a teenage kid or adult to relieve his/her stress without getting drunk with liquor?

Find a hobby or a sport or an activity that occupies your time instead of resorting to getting drunk.
Take a yoga class or a pottery class, learn to bead a necklace, learn to sew, get involved with your community and volunteer your time, go to the library, grow an herb garden and learn how to cook, learn to bake bread, redecorate your bedroom or one room at a time. Take long walks, learn how to swim. There a million and one things you can do rather than get drunk.
Exercise. Run around the track. Hike. Being active releases stress. Learn to meditate.
Teens should not resort to drinking in order to deal with stress as drinking will bring on it's own horrible consequences and cause even more stressful situations as a result. Alcohol is not the answer to anything and never will be. Getting drunk does not magically make stress disappear, it just clouds your mind and will eventually effect your social life, your potential for a good job, your education and ruin your reputation. Please do something else to occupy your time. Something productive is a much better choice to relieve your stress.

there are so many things someone could do to relieve their Stress rather than reaching for alcohol*...go for a walk, a run, meet up with a Good friend to Talk* n get it off your chest...if ur close with Family...talk with them*....go to the gym n workout, go for a swim....take a soothing bath n relax*....watch a funny movie....So Many choices rather than reaching for a bottle*
