Native English speakers, what does it mean to speak in a 'conversational voice'?

What does it mean in the following sentence?

"You trying to kill me or something? He said in a conversational voice."

    It means it was said in a normal volume, normal tone voice. Not an excited or agitated voice. Normal conversation voice as if to say it matter of factly.

    It means not sounding angry or upset.

    It means he said it as if he was making normal conversation, he didn't say it as if he was excited or in any other way upset.
