Why does my router blink even when the Wi-Fi switch turned off ?

Update:

Im using dsl cables. Is someone stealing my internet ?

    It probably blinks to indicate connection to the internet, not to Wifi Devices.

    FYI -- Each STATUS light on a network device also has a label next to it telling you what it's monitoring. These lights are usually colored, too.

    - If the person creating the question would kindly add the equipment's vendor name and model to the question the responders wouldn't have to guess as much. This info is usually on the bottom of the device.

    - Include whether the status light is clear, red, green, or amber and solid or blinking.

    Armed with that info we can usually tell you exactly what the device is trying to tell you.
