    Yes. The one ingredient that I hate the most is High Fructose Corn Syrup. That crap is in everything. We are being forced to eat low quality garbage. If you can see the ingredients of what you are eating and you don't like it, then don't buy it.

    Nutrition labels, yes, ingredient lists, occasionally. I mostly look at the sodium and sugar because diabetes and heart disease run in my family

    Yes, my husband is on a restricted low sodium diet, so we read all labels and pay attention to serving size - as the numbers can be quite deceiving if you're not careful.

    All I read on them is the amount of sugar per serving. I am a diabetic, and I have to watch my sugar intake.

    Sometimes. I mostly check for gelatin cause I'm veggie, as I keep telling everyone every day on here.😁👍
