I am accountant with no practice for few years.  What is the best book to learn how to prepare individual and small companies taxation?

You would be better off if you took a formal course, then worked for 2 or 3 years somewhere where you have other, experienced people to help you out when odd situations come up. And they do, even with relatively simply returns.
