How to help sensitive spine ?

I’ve had a few back massages and they’re great but my body literally spasms the whole way through.

Like I can’t control my whole body jolting when certain parts of my back are massaged (literally either side of my spine).

Each masseuse has said they’ve never had anyone with such a sensitive back and worried they are hurting me. But it’s never painful it’s just uncomfortable and a bit like hitting reflexes and my body flinging out!

They’ve done hard massage, soft, hot stones etc but nobody has a clue why it does it.

I’ve been advised to visit my doctor but it seems a bit far fetched as it’s not painful but more like when you get tickled and it’s uncomfortable.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? I hope I explained it well enough.

Minimum of 2 hours on trampoline daily for 4 months should do the trick

Go to your local chiropractor, for a start.
