    Controlling your anger is wise because you can get in all sorts of trouble. There are techniques you can learn everywhere ...but the real thing is to get below the anger to deal with the root issues .

    Usually underneath anger is hurt. You probably do t think it’s ok to feel hurt...especially if you a guy

    The willingness to be soft , will allow you to get in touch with what is beneath your rage and anger...you could go to a shrink but you can do this by yourself.

    You need to stop blaming everyone and everything for how you feel and begin to take responsibility for your feelings...I know this may sound like shiit...but it’s the way out.

    Try to keep to yourself at all times.

    If this doesn't work,get anger management.
