    Very definitely.

    Their eyeballs are as mobile as yours.

    Most of them have necks more flexible than yours.

    Yes, I live in NM & during the Balloon Fiesta one of my dogs thought she could catch the balloons & would be constantly jump up trying to get hold of one. Way too high of course but she thought she could catch them. It was funny, every yr she did the same thing. So yes dogs can look up.

    I sometimes catch my dog on the computer looking up stuff about canine health and well being.
