New to physics, can someone help me solve this problem?

A transverse wave is described by the expression y = 0.05 cos (4.19x -1260t)

You may assume all measurements in the correct SI unit.

(a) What is the amplitude of this wave?

(b) What is the wavelength of this wave?

(c) What is the frequency of this wave?

(d) How fast is this wave traveling?

(e) What is the maximum transverse velocity of this wave?

  • If you're only after the answer, then put it into Desmos and you can find the answer

Else, you would need a basic understanding of Functions to understand what exactly is happening to the base function y=cos(x). I forgot how to do this question so that's all I can say
