I don't eat too much but I always have been a fat person. What can I do?

    you have convinced yourself that you don't eat too much. but you do. The number of calories you burn, depend on your physical activity lvl. The amount of calories you intake can be easily measured. So by accounting for all calories you take in and comparing those to your activity lvl, you can easily lose weight. All you have to do is take in fewer calories than you burn. its math and its easy math. (that being said, there are rare occasions where medication can alter this process in some way, but you would definitely know about that)

    See a doctor and make sure it is not something medical, then follower their advice on how to lose weight.

    Exercise must follow and the buddy of the diet has control carefully.

    Eat less and exercise more.

    You should also get a complete checkup including thyroid labs.

  • Walk 3 miles everyday that’s what I do
