Put the upper limits. You see that both tend to 0. So they are convergent. exp function goes to 0 faster than x^3. The limit exists.
1. The integral of first one is - exp (-y/2). Put the limits. You get the answer 1/e
2. The integral of second is - 1/4 exp (-x^4). Put the limits. It is 0.
