When the Trump conviction of his impeachment happens, will the Secret Service quit protecting him with immediacy?

When Pope Benedict resigned the Swiss Guard dropped him like a hot potato. Will the SS drop trump's sedan chair flat on the floor and flick him the bird?

Update:

If Trump is removed from office he will lose his secret service protection.

No, You are aware that just because he gets impeached doesn't mean he stops being President, right?

"Convicted' is what I said. Removed from office is what that implies

As a former president, he is entitled to Secret Service protection for the rest of his life. Nixon still had SS protection after he resigned for example.

I would be willing to bet there is 24 hour a day security around any pope or former pope (really this is the first former pope)

Ex-presidents get protection for life. At least, that's my understanding.
