One wrist when I do barbell curls any suggestions to stop this please help?

I broke my wrist over a year ago and every time I do barbell curls my that one wrist hurts ( the one I broke) any suggestions please help I think my biceps are becoming different any suggestions

    Get referred to an orthopedist (medical doctor specializing in conditions of the bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc.). You'll probably need some expert physical therapy too.

    Don't just keep doing things that cause pain with a former injury.
