Is a high heart rate with little exertion a symptom of afib or svt or is it a separate problem?

My doctor thinks I have an arrhythmia. He said it could be svt or atrial flutter. But I also get a high heart rate with little exertion. When I do moderate exercise for 30 minutes it s 200 and I m not even pushing myself. I m not out of shape. Ive been working out for months and my exercise heart rate hasn t gone down. Could this be due to the svt or atrial flutter or a totally different problem.

Your doctor should have performed a 12 lead EKG on you for confirmation.
