It seems that a few answers are being U.S.-centric. Not every nation uses the same separators. In particular, the comma is often used as the decimal symbol.

First put a bar after the 2nd decimal place:

0,35|625

Look at the next digit:

0,35|625

........ ^

Since it is 5 or higher, we increment the portion before the bar. Then drop the rest.

Answer:

0,36

0. 36

It is a Decimal Point and not a Comma actually

The Six carries one over to the 5 which makes it Six

I learnt all that in Junior School

In Outer Siberia!!
