What are a stay at home moms entitlements?
If a stay at home mom splits with her husband because she met another man what are her entitlements? The have an 800k dollar home but he’s going to stay in the home with the children as she can’t afford large mortgage, so moved in with new boyfriend. They have 2 daughters. 2 years before the split he set her up with her own brick and mortar, dog grooming business but they are not trying to get rid of it.... is she still
Entitled to a lot? They both have equal custody...

Talk. To. An. Attorney. This is a global forum and divorce laws vary widely based on where you live. No one here is a licensed attorney and, even if they are, they don't have anywhere near enough details to be helpful on this. If you can afford an $800k house, you can afford a consultation with a lawyer to protect your interests.

See an attorney for a free consultation. There are a lot of variables here and you don't mention how long you were married, if there were children, or what he owned at the time of your marriage.

Entitlements? I'm in NYS. There are no "entitlements." The reason for the split is immaterial. Both parties either agree to a distribution of the assets and debts OR a Judge decides for them.
As you are aware in NYS spousal support is USUALLY granted for 1/3 the term of the marriage. Married 9 years? Three years of spousal support. The non-custodial parent is required BY LAW to provide financial support for the children. This obligation cannot be waived.
I have no idea who your legal counsel is but a great deal of what you've posted is incorrect. She can't remain in the house because she can't afford the mortgage (so they don't OWN the $800,000 house - ?)? That makes no sense. If the children live with the husband, the husband has residential custody. There is a custody/residence agreement BUT no Court is involved? Impossible.
The wife moved out and in with her boyfriend? That's abandonment, cause of divorce in NYS.
Someone has given you very bad legal advice.

They should not be entitled to anything from the husband if they divorce as the wife loses money by choosing to divorce and that’s on her. If the husband leaves the wife they should be entitled to half of his income since in that case it would be on the husband. These people need lawyers. We don't know any real details, the length of the marriage, the solidity of the dog grooming business or the incomes involved. Call a lawyer.

Nada, if you're a stay aat home mom and you don't produce anything and don't contribute, you have no rights and women like you are inferior to men. Point, blank, period.
