Depends how long a stretch of it you have. Short sequence--lower mass. Longer sequence--higher mass. You'll need to be more specific, since different DNAs have different lengths. In practice, it's usually more convenient to refer to DNA size in terms of numbers of base pairs (i.e. sequence length), as opposed to actual mass.
The above particularly is in reference to eukaryotic DNA, since in eukaryotes the DNA is not in one, single, long molecule, but rather is spread out among separate chromosomes, and two different organelles (nucleus and mitochondria).
