Red wine drinkers do the tannins in it take the whiteness away from teeth while drinking, and if yes...to what colour?

    I live in France and however, I never heard red wine takes away the whiteness or even stains teeth. On the contrary, this is said about coffee and tea.

    The tannins stain teeth. They don't take away the whiteness.
