is it enough to make salsa with,black pepper as for its pepper?

So follow this set of items,& then tell if that was good or bad:Boiled ground tomatoes,Black pepper powder,Sugar,Salt,dry tarragon and savory and mint and garlic powder.And I boiled it,&that hadn,t any oil or sour substance in it,whiile after it was found out good.

    Since the word "salsa" means sauce..you have made a sauce.

    This is not any sauce or Salsa that I have ever seen.

    If you are trying to make a Salsa for Mexican type dishes then you went off the rails a bit.

    You don't boil the tomatoes, you can roast them or use them fresh

    No sugar

    No tarragon

    No savory

    No mint

    Adding pepper I am sure you could but a Salsa would have jalapeno peppers or other spicy pepper, and that is a hot spicy not a spice spicy
