From an anxious childhood, I’ve endlessly hypothesised about who I am, encouraged by psychoanalytical parents instead of naturally ‘flowing’?

I feel like I’ve always been hyper aware but also hyper self-conscious and always routing of who I am because hypothesises are always incomplete somehow and I feel like most of the other kids figured out who they are by simply playing out self-defining roles instead of overthinking it the whole time

Update:

*routing=doubting
