Outside of YOUR apartment, you are still subject to the same laws as anywhere else in public.

NO. Apt complexes are Private proper y up to the easement, or fence. Lived in them for total of 2 1/2 years, worked in one 2 years.

An apt. complex, from the driveway in and parking lot to inside the fence, is All private property. So, no.

At least, Not legally. If some deputy Tries, fight it, sue for $$. You Will win.

Source(s): Worked in a complex 2 years. Lived in a few about 2 years, also.

It's legal for you and your friends to haul a keg from your vehicle to your apartment. Probably best not to drink it outside.

Fine on your veranda. Not recommended outside of it. Some have "rule" no booze inside pool area (not a legal law.) This is usually to ban glass from pool area--some allow beer in cans or plastic glasses.

Check with a lawyer or CPA. Laws are national or local, and change often.

A CPA can't advise on this issue any more than the rest of the public.

You can definitely get a ticket, whether you can be convicted of a crime is a different matter.

I dont know you gotta search that in google

Going outside of your actual apartment means you left your private space, and entered PUBLIC space, so yes, you can get such a ticket.

Rubbish. From the driveway entrance to the fence is All Private Property. You can drink outside your apt, legally. Some may have a "rule", no booze at pool area. This is usually banning glass.
