The government can take your property from you, provided they give you what they consider fair compensation. I suppose that's our right as citizens. You can't really own your house, if you pay rent (property taxes on it). Don't pay your car registration fees and see if they will let you drive your own vehicle.

OTHER (not under the Fifth Amendment) - - but know that no law should encroach on the US Bill of Rights.

LEGAL THEFT (also called: Civil forfeiture/Civil Asset Forfeiture in the United States) - a process in which law enforcement officers take assets and property from persons suspected of involvement with crime or illegal activity without necessarily charging the owners with wrongdoing. The law enforcement agencies use the proceeds from the seized assets to further battle illegal activity, that is, directly converting value obtained from illegal items for law enforcement purposes. So another words they can steal your property from you, and you became a target due to all your expensive film equipment. Critics argue that innocent owners can become entangled in the process to the extent that their right to property is violated, with few legal protections and due process rules to protect them in situations where they are presumed guilty instead of being presumed innocent.

Forfeiture. The police may seize certain property because the police believe the property was used or obtained during the commission of a crime. If true, the police may be able to permanently keep, or even sell, your property if they can make a sufficient showing in court. They can take your money, your car, your cell phone...etc...

Something else to consider: in order to be accepted as a valid church in the government's eyes, you have to be 501c3, and you can't be 501c3 without complying with restrictions on freedom of speech. It's a way that the government has a loophole around free speech. This is really not separation of church and state either, as it gives the government control.

The establishment clause: This has long been in breach. The USA is run by freemasons, and the freemasons are an Order of the Vatican. The Vatican rules behind the nations through their Orders: The Jesuits, the Knights of Malta, the Freemasons.

The Fifth Amendment, or Amendment V of the United States Constitution is the section of the Bill of Rights that protects you from being held for committing a crime unless you have been indicted correctly by the police. It also protects you from being indicted for the same crime twice, and from being forced to give testimony against yourself.
