I can't understand this sentence exactly. Please explain this to me clearly.

    "There" as in location-wise, is one of the only areas not yet explored. Somewhere over there, in that part of the world, resides one of the only areas you haven't explored yet.

    I can't think of any other way this sentence can be read. Any other way is grammatically incorrect.

    Some areas have been explored.

    Some areas have not been explored.

    This is one of the areas that have not been explored.

    One area is not explored as yet.

    One of the areas is not explored.

    Only one area is not explored.
