Will marijuana show on a blood test to check what vaccinations you have had?

I am having a blood test to check if I've had all the right vaccinations for a new job, and if not, then I need them before I can start. Will marijuana consumption show on that test? I've read so far that marijuana will only show if it was specifically a drug test. So does that mean it wont show on a test for vaccinations?

Blood tests will only look for things the testers have been asked to look for.

...and yet, there IS a test for it. Regardless of the identification.

    Yes, and no.

The THC molecule will be present in your blood for quite a long time. THC is not a water soluble substance and can even be stored in your fat cells. Thus leaving traces of itself in your body for indefinite lengths of time. However, unless the test includes a test specifically for THC's presence, they will not simply detect it in your blood with any other test.
