Would a planet with a 50 degree tilt sustain complex life?

    Possibly... depending on many things - distance from it's star, the type of star, how thick the atmosphere is, etc.

    Humans at least would have to Adapt

    For everything else, it would be a case of Adapt or die

    It certainly could, that life would have evolved for that tilt.

    There is a simulator called Universe Sandbox. There you can alter planets, the sun and much more in all sorts of ways. Try your theory there, and see what happens.

    i doubt it but how the heck wouldn't anybody know what's possible with that

    not a whole lot of examples to work with are there
