Mitch McConnell and his wife. The House Oversight Committee has been looking into them. Talk about quid pro quos. Donate money to Mitch's campaign and get a government contract from his wife, the Transportation. Secretary.

Except McConnell is about to lead a Senate trial of Trump. So another conflict. Literally any one his administration investigates is a conflict, apparently only Trump can be investigated.

Why would he want to? He just wants to clear the road to take over and be a dictator like his friend Putin.

He is 73, if he wins re election then he will be 78 when his term ends. If he were to illegal perform a coup and take over with 45% support that would be not only surprising, but also surprising if he lasted very long. 80 years old while significantly overweight and in a very high stress position.

Could he investigate HIMSELF for violations of the emoluments clause, tax crimes, obstruction of justice, election law violations, nepotism, bribery and favors from foreigners, influence peddling, possible treason, etc.?

Yes there is, himself, his name is Donald J. Trump.

    Yes:

Any of the 10 to 15 not running for President.

But why would a US President ask a foreign country to investigate an American Citizen?

If crimes were suspected, doesn't the President have an FBI to do that?

I would just be happy with Trump not allowing ISIS terrorists to be released in droves because of things he did.
