why dont Chinese restaurants in the USA have dumplings?

Update:

I remember going to a Chinese restaurant in Shenyang China and not seeing Crab rangoon, egg foo young, and general gaos chicken but lots of tastier dishes such as donkey dumplings, fried pork in a sweet and spicy chili sauce and snow beer which got me tipsy after one bottle.

Every Chinese Buffet in my town offers steamed dumplings (Pot Stickers). Steamed pork buns are never found.

I'm sure they do, like Gyozas and Potstickers that are usually steamed then finished off in a fry pan.

Many dumplings are eaten by other people like Asians, so it's kinda a bad thing to their religion, it's better to have it sold in the originating place: China.

  • They definitely do.......
