How come Google Photos won't upload some of my photos to its cloud photo albums?

Some of the codecs of my photos are corrupt? Does it only accept certain photo formats? (e.g., *.jpg, but not *.png

You may have reached your allotment of space?

You could have too many dropped packets (i.e. bad internet connection). Dropped/corrupt packets could be caused by a bad Ethernet cable, or a hardware issue, or even something going on outside of your location such as a problem with the wires coming from the outside into your home. I had a bad telephone wire that was causing all sorts or connectivity issues.

Bad internet connection was the problem. Thanks for the bomb *** answer.

An uploading issue does not concern codecs. Most likely it's about rules pertaining to file size, image size and yes, file types.
