Would you recommend getting a Tesla in 2020?

I drive a 2019 Civic, but I see more and more Teslas on the road, but gas powered cars are dominating the road now still.

I want the Model 3 and would be wilingg to save up for it. I seen that it looks luxurious ,LED lights everywhere big screen, comfortable etc...

not sure if they can drive long or last long. but not much maintenance

If you can really afford one, and you rarely take trips longer than 200 miles one-way, I'd say yes, although I'd also consider the Hyundai Kona or Chevy Bolt too. I own a Bolt and am very happy with it, and it was a lot cheaper than a Tesla.

They sound great until you find out that replacing the battery pack can cost you $30,000.

You will need to save for a charging system in your garage too. An electrician can tell you if your home has enough capacity to operate the charger.
