do Christians believe its child abuse to teach kids atheism?

LOL. In order to prevent one's kids from becoming Christians..? It's usually not at all necessary to "teach them atheism". It's usually plenty enough to just NOT teach them Christianity! Go freaking figure... It just goes to show how utterly unnatural the Christian mindset really is to people. Or really any kind of rigid, dogmatically religious mindset.Source(s): Raised agnostic, for the record.

Yes, because it is suppressing the truth of God.

Since atheists don't teach their children atheism (its not something that can be taught, people have to figure it out for themselves) Christians that think that are obviously uninformed.

Teaching kids ignorance about any important aspect of human life is abusive.

Your definition of child abuse is somewhat distorted. I think Christians simply would be against the idea of teaching kids that there is no god/belief system, but it's wouldn't be considered child abuse.

I would imagine some think so.

One can not "teach" Atheism for we are actually born without the need of the gods. It is the default for all of humanity.

A person can battle atheism and other sins using the rosary and fasting.
