How can I get a copy of a closing statement escrow for a house from 14 years ago?

If the closing agent or attorney that handled the closing is still in business, contact them.

Forget it. Unless the homeowner has a copy, just forget it.

The attorney's office that handled the closing might still have it, but the file would be in storage by now. The bank the issued the mortgage might have it as well, but again it's going to be in storage.

You won't. That is why you must keep copies of everything you sign. The bank sold off the loan years ago. The title will show the closing date and the sale price. Your bank records will show what additional costs you paid out at closing.
