If a sample of a liquid was found to have 0.25g sugar per mL of the sample, how much sugar would be in a 12 oz sample of that liquid?

Update:

the question before asks how many ml are in a 12 oz can of soda and I found out that ut was 354.88 mL

    all you need to do is this calc

    (12 oz)(29.5735 mL/oz)(0.25 g/mL) = 88.7205 g

    Supposing you mean 12 fluid ounces:

    (12 oz) x (29.5735 mL/oz) x (0.25 g sugar/mL) = 88.72 g = 89 g sugar

    This question assumes you know, or can find, the number of grams in an ounce. So it's badly constructed. You can easily find a grams to ounces calculator on the 'net though.

      My bad I left out the question before, it asked how many ml are in a 12 oz can of soda which I found to be was 354.88 mL but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it
