fpl payment extension ?

i am trying to do an extension on my light bill but it says that i can’t because i have an active payment extension? i paid my bill on friday that had the extension an just waiting for the money to get taken out my account could that be the reason why i am not able to do one at the moment ?

    Yes. The ongoing transaction isn't final yet. When it is that message will go away.
