    Salt (sea salt).

Lots of people recommend potassium for Charley horses (leg cramps), but the problem is actually a salt deficiency.

Salt is an electrolyte that regulates the muscle functions.

Dissolve 1/8 tsp of sea salt on your tongue followed by 16 oz of water (not a water substitute). Do this 30 minutes before eating and again 2 hours after eating. This should give you enough salt so that you'll not have any more problems.
