High blood pressure, high cholesterol, tinnitus, hearing loss, was pre-diabetiic, and I'm only 32. What's my life expectancy at this rate??!?

It should be pretty good if you start drinking more water and lay off the other things you're drinking.
Most people here don't agree with this, and that's too bad. They prefer to take medication for the rest of their lives.
The choice is yours.

All of those conditions are controllable with medication and maybe some life style changes.
Non of those conditions shorten your life span unless you don't take care of them.

Same as the rest of us with treatment.
BP can be treated with drugs to lower it. Statins and a better diet for cholesterol, diet for pre diabetes, the rest is non life threatening.

None of the conditions you have listed, necessarily will affect your lifespan. All can be properly controlled with medication and proper diet.
