    look at an electromagnetic spectrum... in particular.. the visible spectrum section

    .. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visible_spectrum

    *************

    you should know this equation by now

    .. c = f * L

    where

    .. c = speed of light.... units = [m/sec]

    .. f = frequency.. .. ... ..units = [1/sec]

    .. L = wavelength.. .. ..units = [m]

    right?.. 1/sec * m ===> m/sec

    solve for "f"
