How come I don't have any rights?

    You have rights. Someone may be violating them. but that doesn't eliminate them.

    On the other hand, far too many people think they should have 'rights' that are not actually rights.

    You are not an American. So all the rights that any other individual has in the world is what some potentate said you could have, and he gave his friends more. So, you don't have much because they can change their minds and take them away real easy. The American is different because he took his rights before the government was allowed to exist and it agreed to leave them alone (at the threat of a gun).

    If you are African American, then you probably don’t have much rights because of racism
