    not clear what you are trying to say, but I suspect it is: The Pro-Islamic Regime people (in Iran) claim that she is paid by the American government to parrot the US propaganda line. Her interview with Fox News disproves that claim.

    Note that "she" and "her" require you to define who that actually is, presumably in the previous sentence to these (she and her require context to be defined.

    There are a lot of other ways to make the same basic argument that the person in question, who is attacked by Pro-Islamic Regime Iranians as a tool of the US government, is not, in fact, acting like such a tool.
