What drug does this?

When I was a teenager I went to a psych ward, they gave me these drugs that made me super weak and feel like my arms were tiny twigs, I couldn't stand up because of a mixture of dizziness and weakness.

I also couldn't tell reality from dreams and time itself was distorted as I just kept sleeping. When I tried to get away I'd be jumped on or just fall over.

Antipsychotics such as Haliperidol and tranquilisers such as Lorazepam are used to sedate patients in the psych ward as is Promethazine, a sedating antihistamine. All would give the effect you describe.
