Is this laptop good for playing previous gen. games?

I know very little about computer hardware but am looking for a laptop which runs games like the batman Arkham games and witcher 2 well. Here are the specs of the laptop I'm looking at:

AMD Ryzen™ 7 3700U (2.3 GHz, up to 4 GHz, 6 MB cache, 4 cores) + Radeon™ Vega 10 Graphics

16 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (2x8GB)

1 TB 5400 rpm SATA; 128 GB M.2 ssd

The laptop should be able to handle the games nicely however it would be better to check the requirements for the games you intend to play. This laptop is from the 2017/2018 generation and games like The Witcher 2 were released some time beofre that. The only thing to consider and confirm is whether the Vega 10 is an integrated chip (built into the APU) or a dedicated chip (separate from the APU) with it's own VRAM.

If separate, it's good to go. If Integrated, it may not be able to handle the games properly.

An easier method? Look at a few (or all) of the games you want to play and READ their "Minimum System Requirements" or "Suggested System Requirements." Write them down and make sure the laptops you're interested in EXCEED those requirements. How much they exceed them is up to you and your pocketbook.

Now you don't have to rely on strangers and can actually use data to make your decision.
