If you came in without a valid visa you did not enter legally. So you are liable and can be arrested.

Doesn't matter if you have a visa or not if something happens to you it is your finacial responsibility, under no circumstances is the country liable or responsible

No, nor would it be if you DID have a visa.

The COUNTRY isn't liable whether you have a visa or not. A visa just gives you permission to come into that country.

Why would the country be held liable? If you are there without a visa, that's 100% on you - you either overstayed the visa or snuck in somehow, which makes you liable for everything you do.

But what would happen if you got injured, and needed medical care?

You can't. If end up getting there you will get arrested.

But I read something that said: "if the person is found within the borders of the country, and is not suspected of any crime, law enforcement organizations can legally do nothing." I just need a valid answer for my debate.
