Should English stop being taught in Japan ?

Why? Are you suggesting that Japan specifically should stop teaching English, or that all non-English-speaking countries should stop? And either way, why?

no way, Japanese people should learn English because japan has become one of biggest tourism place. many foreigners visit japan a year so that each person is required to have English skill when Foreigners ask question.

No, it should be taught in secondary school, as an elective subject - just like several other languages

That's not going to happen. During the Occupation there were actually Japanese people who suggested that English become the official language of Japan. The Occupation authorities said that would be a bit too, too much.
