Depends on which Branch you are going. USAF easiest, Navy Seals hardest...

The hardest part for me was waking up at 0500 hrs. ( 5AM)

boot is the easist thing you will do in the military
the only hard part about it, is you lose control over your life, and that takes about two weeks to get used to
then it gets boring

Depends on Which Branch. Marines are the Hardest. Lots of Physical Exercise. Army is next.
Air Force and Navy are not focused on Physical ability.

Army basic training was tough when I joined but not as tough as I thought it would be. PT was tough at first since I was out of shape, but after a while I started to enjoy it. Being at the rifle range was fun. The hardest thing for me was staying awake in class.

I am a national guard veteran. I joined when i was 17 i am 26 now. the hardest part is the excessive exercise and running laps. you might have to get used to eating a whole meal in like 10 minutes or something short, cant fully remember how long. you need to accept that the drill instructors will yell in your face

Navy boot was a snap. Army boot was the same for me.

That depends on the service. The Air Force is probably the easiest and the Marines the hardest.
