Might stop Europeans from immigrating to the UK but unless you change your laws it wouldn't have much influence over non-EU immigration.

It won't stop anything; migration is necessary to keep things running.

It'll stop EU freedom of movement. It won't stop people coming to study, to join family, to work, to run businesses.

You are obsessed with the idea of mass immigration.......... the only mass immigration into the UK is from the EU of EU citizens and their families who may or maynot be EU citizens...as the UK is leaving the EU this will stop ( eventually)

Immigration from other countries outside the EU to the UK is not and never has been anything to do with the EU it is a UK only policy

However your issue is immigrants of a different shade of skin who you assume are immigrants who live in the UK, MOST of which like you are British citizens, just like you a British citizen and you are a product of immigrant parent/s the difference is the majority of those are business owners, property owners who work and earn and pay your benefits........

No, but it will help reduce mass immigration. EU rules has prevented UK from denying asylum to bogus asylum seekers, and interfered with deportation of visa/immigration violators.

Hmm, you're that self-described mentally ill guy who's constantly on here (under various sock puppet aliases) whining about how you wish you were living back in the 10th century when there were no foreigners around, aren't you?

How about if you just pretend you're in the 10th century. Like, don't have indoor plumbing, don't have electricity, and don't use antibiotics. That ought to dispatch you pretty quickly.

Yes, UKIP is very good at playing on people's fears of people not just like them. It's tribalism- which made sense in cave man days but doesn't now. Both the US and the UK have low birth rates- and retiring baby boomers- 4 million a year in the US. We won't be able to maintain a workforce without immigration. Brexit will be a disaster for the UK, and will not affect immigration from areas outside the EU at all.

    • Immigration from outside the EU will indeed be affected. Every EU citizen has the right to bring in a non EU spouse with no income requirement. For example; Romanian women in the UK routinely marry Pakistanis for money to give them the right to live in the UK

If the moron and Trump wannabe, BoJo, establishes a hard border between the Irelands he will become a marked man.

As to immigration, Brexit was fueled by dislike of Poles. Muslims didn’t come into play.

It has stopped mass-European immigration, but mass-non-EU immigration is at record levels (black Africans, Middle Easterners, etc.).
