Third Party Reviews?
I am promoting a glass hardening product that I have a lot of confidence in. However, I need a way to prove it to others and people have been skeptical of the tests shown in the videos we produced.
I am wondering if there is some kind of third party agency that would do a product test that I could use to show people that the claims made are supported by others who do not have a direct interest in the product?

Who are your customers? Ask them what sorts of independent testing they'd like to see.
Where are you?
That page is for the US...but some of those companies are not US companies...

Glass hardening products are not a consumer retail and is a specialized product for an industry. As an independent, reaching businesses and artists that work with glass is a difficult process. In any event, this is something to ask customers, and there are independent glass test labs and universities and colleges that can assess the product.
It isn't likely hardness that you refer to but rather strength in breaking or resistance to impacts.
add- There are universities doing testing on glass, probably in many countries.
Here is a test at University of Missouri.
A college offering advanced degrees in glass science
The universities may have their own materials in research.
Have you initiated patents yet?
Google finds places.
I have a Chemical Engineering degree and MBA and familiar with technical specifications, but was never directly involved with glass.
Universities with Mechanical Engineering degrees offered often can work with you to develop tests and they can do them usually.
It can be local for convenience and to give some financial support to them.
