I think SOME of the Trumpsters are starting to question his judgment, but very quietly. But I don't know these people & can't say what they think.
In a recent editorial, Philip Klein, editor of the very rightwing Washington Examiner, makes the argument that conservatives are politically split over the Trump presidency. Some conservatives, Klein writes, are basically devoted to political principles (as they understand them) and to constitutional law (as they understand it), and they tend to be critical of Trump.
But other conservatives, Klein writes, are basically cultural warriors. They see leftists (like me, I guess) having an outsized influence over the US media, the courts, the Democratic Party, and many other cultural institutions in our society. And they see leftists as suppressing all rightwing political discourse, so that denouncing and defeating us -- by any means necessary, basically -- becomes their prime goal.
From the perspective of this second group of conservatives, Klein suggests, Trump is a superb leader because he's such a relentless warrior against mainstream "leftist" or at least liberal culture and institutions. And when Democrats, civil libertarians, immigrant rights groups, feminists, environmentalists denounce Trump and call for his impeachment, the cultural warrior conservatives see this as just another leftist ploy to squelch them and suppress their expressions of real American values.
If Klein is correct -- and he surely knows more about US conservatives than I do -- the answer to your question is that many "Trumpsters" see Donald as a hero and a martyr, and they don't give a damn about the constitutional rules that might constrain his actions.
Some of the leftists that I follow in social media, OTOH, are basically arguing that Trump is a potential fascist, or actual fascist, and is just pushing his anti-constitutional agenda to the max in hopes of establishing a rightwing authoritarian order with little if any room for dissent. From this perspective -- which is a bit different from Klein's -- Trump is getting support from many "Trumpsters" because they're pretty favorable to fascism (or something just as nice).
