Help with car!?

hen I start my car, I hear a lot of clicking like the relay is going on and off, my wipers, rear demister, central locking button and my electric windows don’t work, sometimes they do so I don’t think it’s the fuse, what could it be? Peugeot 207 2011 55000miles

Get your electrical system tested. Battery and alternator first. If the battery is weak, and nearly dead, it will do strange things to the electrical components.

Ignition relay and or, ignition interlock system.

A flat battery is the 1st suspect and so check it out because it might need charging or replacing.
